Web Banner Advertising
Our website is focused on a targeted group of people who are active in various forms of Real Estate Investments. Having a Web Banner ad on our Home Page, or any of the other pages, is great way to reach a large group of targeted real estate investors with your message.

  • Ads are 125 x 125 pixels (1.7” x 1.7”) and can be accepted in JPG or GIF format.
  • Our graphics designer can prepare an ad for you for a 1x set up fee of $50

Service Directory - Business Card Display Advertising
When we get calls for business referrals, the first place we send people it to our website resource list.   This is an affordable way for any business, large or small to get their “business card” into the hands of our members.  We scan your horizontal business card and include it in our listing.  If you offer any special deals to CCIA members, we can feature that as well.

Exhibitor Tables
A monthly vendor table is a great marketing tool for your business.  You make yourself readily available to our membership by showcasing your product or service.  It’s a great way to meet CCIA members and guests and network with them as they build their teams and their business.  

  • You must be a CCIA member to purchase a table.
  • Cost per meeting is $60.00
  • CCIA provides 1 standard banquet sized table and 2 chairs.
  • Vendors should plan to bring their own table skirt, banner, posters, etc
  • Vendor information is included in CCIA’s resource list and includes a hyperlink to their website.
  • CCIA does not allow any Network Marketing or Multi-level Marketing Activity.

Networking / Handout Table
As a FREE service to our members and guests, we offer a large handout table located in the hall.  Everyone is welcome to place their literature on the table, as long as they follow a few simple rules:

  • You must be advertising your own product/service or property listing
  • Flyers must identify you by name and phone number
  • No multi-level marketing allowed.
  • No list gathering
  • No literature is to ever be placed on chairs or stuck on cars in the parking lot.  There is a $200 violation charge if this occurs
  • CCIA reserves the right to remove any literature that we find offensive or inappropriate
